No reason to complain, I had a really great stay and will be returning here soon. Location and staff were pleasant and I enjoyed that the place was clean. They had a quick check-in.

Nothing it was perfect.

i had a great stay in a long time. efficient and clean place with a friendly reception. i really enjoyed that the room was quiet with 2 single beds.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was very clean, the location was perfect close enough to train/bus station, the center and old town. Helpful staff who cared about me. Rooms - well-designed, bright with a/c, nice decoration, as for instance. There was variety of food for breakfast, including croissants, breads, cakes, tea and milk.

Exceptional location, dedicated staff who made the stay really lovely. They upgraded me to a regular double room with a wonderful view. The continental breakfast was perfect, paid $ 12 per person. Truly enjoyed Annecy, the hotel was economical.

The breakfast had plenty of options and included cereal, bread, fruit, boiled eggs and cakes. The painless check-in too. Besides, we parked our car nearby. Positioned in the pretty nice area, really close to train/bus station and the restaurants of old town and the old town...

It was an absolutely amazing experience, I appreciated staff and location.

Amazing location and staff, and a family vibe of the whole place. Twin bedroom. It was very specious and I thoroughly enjoyed fridge, TV and terrace. Location walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Need to be mentioned that free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

This hotel was brilliant place for exploring Annecy, appreciated it. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot👍👌

we think it's an easy base for staying in annecy. in addition, free wifi was a plus.
